The StrataVista division handles design and research projects, identifying tools and creating plans that move a firm’s current process to one that is most efficient. The activity here is a unique process we’ve devised called DATA, which is short for Discovery, Analysis, Target, and Action. The deliverable is a plan to move from the current technical context to an optimal one based on a client’s mission and goals.

The SoluVista division handles our projects, implementing solutions for clients. Sometimes clients come with their own specifications for these projects, and other times specifications are designed in the StrataVista phase. This division handles the change as solutions are applied to a firm and operates with a start and end date within a given budget. The deliverable is the completion of the project itself.

The ServeVista division provides the background maintenance services, providing clients with the ongoing support that insures efficiency is maintained and problems are minimized. This includes the monitoring of various dynamic systems, troubleshooting, and ongoing consulting as needed.
